Lead Toddler Teacher

*Education:* * High School diploma or equivalent * First Aid & CPR *Responsibilities and Knowledge:* - Provide *ATTENTIVE* and *NURTURING* care for children - Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play and grow - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational games and *Bible lessons* - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Change diapers and assist with toilet training - Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary - Maintain *open and effective communication* *with parents or guardians *regarding their child's progress *Requirements:* - Must be able to lift *50lbs* - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to create and maintain a structured and organized environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively _*Attendance Monday - Friday is a must.
