Bear Creek Aquatic Camp (BCAC) is a traditional overnight summer camp owned and operated by the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana.
BCAC is 183-acres tucked away in Girl Scout Bay on Kentucky Lake, playing host to a variety of aquatic sports like sailing, paddling and swimming.
Our program hosts girls in grades 4-12 with up to 80 campers and staff.
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to manage our summer camp food service.
Duties include menu planning, ordering food, preparing 3 daily meals, managing all aspects of an industrial kitchen, and more.
The Kitchen manager works on a team with an Assistant Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Aide, other camp staff may assist, as needed.
The Kitchen Manager should be responsible, attentive, and
fun-loving.
The ideal candidate will be genuinely invested in the care of our campers and staff and how to best serve them.
Compensation:
The salary for Aquatics Counselor (Bear Creek Aquatic Camp) position is $3,000 for the entire seasonal contract.
