_Tasks & Responsibilities:_
· Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences
· Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues

Directly motivates and instructs the makery team by implementing company programs.

· Plans, identities, communicates and delegates responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth flow of operations
· Manage and track stock of raw materials, finished product & supplies
· Maintains outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising compliance with the Buff City Soap brand standards.
· Directly responsible for the production, cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation and organization of the makery.
· Manage and track the stock of raw materials, finished products and supplies
· Manages makery staffing levels to ensure employee development and maintain makery operational requirements.
· Adheres to applicable wage and hour laws for non-exempt team members and minors.
· Uses all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence in the makery.
Tools include labor guidelines, reports, cash management and inventory management.
· Utilizes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in the makery performance.
· Regularly conducts performance assessments, providing feedback and setting challenging goals to improve sales performance.
· Mange Ongoing Sales.
· The Makery Manager is required to work a 5-day workweek of 40 hours per week (minimum).
· The Makery Manager is required to work a varying number of mid and/or closing shifts each week as determined by supervisors.
· Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed.
_Experience:_
· College education preferred, but not required.
· Management and/or Sales experience required.
· Basic Computer Skills (ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook)
· Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
· Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
· Strong problem solving and organizational/ planning skills.
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having the knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

· Ability to prioritize and delegate.
_Physical requirements:_
· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
· Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
· Dexterity of hands and fingers.
· Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.
· Ability to perform makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
