You will also be expected to handle database administration, manage cybersecurity, and offer technical support when needed.

*Responsibilities:* As a Full Stack Developer, you will: * Design, develop, and deploy internal tools and user-facing software solutions.
* Handle database administration including backups, access compliance, and optimization.
* Implement cybersecurity measures to protect our software solutions and databases from potential threats.
* Provide technical support to both internal teams and our user base, ensuring smooth software functionality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
* Keep abreast with the latest advancements in AI-optimized programming, database management, and cybersecurity.
* Undertake any other activities as required by the company from time to time.
*Qualifications:* To excel in this role, the candidate should have: * A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 6+ years of related experience.
* Proficiency in popular programming languages and frameworks like React (+typescript), .
NET, JavaScript, SQL, C, C++, Python, and Node.
js.
* Proficient in database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Azure.
*Skills:* The ideal candidate should be: * Proficient in full-stack development tools and techniques.
* Knowledgeable in database administration and optimization tools.
* Well-versed in cybersecurity best practices.
* Adept at troubleshooting software and tech-related issues.
* Capable of effective communication, both written and verbal.
* A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Detail-oriented with a knack for creating user-friendly solutions.
*Collaboration:* The candidate will work closely with: * Other engineering, data, and compliance personnel * Operations team for infrastructure management and tech support.
* External partners for any third-party integrations or solutions.
*Language Proficiency:* The candidate should have strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in one or more additional languages is a bonus, but not a requirement.
*Travel:* The candidate must be willing to travel internationally to assess the use of XRI's tools in various contexts.
The candidate must also be willing to travel to periodic offsites with the rest of XRI’s employees.
