The Springhill Suites is actively looking for Front Associates.
Front Desk Associates are ambassadors for the hotel.
They greet and register guests, provide outstanding service, and settle the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
We are looking for availability for alternating shifts.
Must be available for Holidays.
Must have flexible availability.
_Responsibilities_
* Maintain accurate front desk cash drawers, room sales, and accurate folio transactions
* Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
* Issue room key and escort instructions
* Transmit telephone messages
* Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, local shopping, dining, and entertainment
* Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
* Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
* Make and confirm reservations
* Post charges such as room, sundry items, fax, copy or telephone
* Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations, and arrange for tours
* Answer telephone calls promptly and politely in accordance with hotel policies
* Restock coffee station and The Market as needed
* Restock work area - maintain neat and organized work area
* Deliver supplies to guests as needed
* Provide an exceptional level of customer services and abiding by Springhill Suites brand standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.
