Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure billing accuracy
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Assist with guest reservations, including taking bookings over the phone or in person
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but thorough training will be provided to those new to the industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions
- Proficient in using computer systems for check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
This position requires availability for night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
