Service Dispatcher

The Service Dispatcher will perform a variety of administrative tasks including: Creating and scheduling work orders, inspections, and other appointments as needed for HVAC repairs and installations.
Answering phones and providing a high level of customer service.
Entering detailed customer records and generate weekly invoices and monthly statements.
Requirements include: Previous Experience Required Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Detail oriented.
Great customer service skills Must be able to work in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
00 - $21.
