Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the database
- Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish or other languages
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques is desirable
