```Responsibilities``` Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers Keep documentation of client interactions Follow up with clients to check their satisfaction Know our products inside and out for any client questions Resolve complaints in effective and efficient manner Support team members to meet goals Use appropriate communication styles for each client Book appointments with clients when needed Provide outstanding customer service to clients Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints ```Qualifications``` High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Previous experience in customer service is preferred Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Experience with outbound calling or sales Positive attitude and professional demeanor Company Alignment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.
