Law Office Assistant

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! We are a growing law office seeking an enthusiastic assistant to work full-time.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive our success.
Responsibilities: * Greet and assist onsite guests.
* Answer inbound telephone calls.
* Plan and schedule appointments and events.
* Develop and implement organized filing systems.
* Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
* File documents with court clerks.
* Perform all other office tasks.
Qualifications: * Personable composure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Strong motivation and drive for success.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred.
