*Job Duties Include:*
* Responsible for processing Titles and ensuring proper record keeping requirements.
* Responsible for processing Dealer trades.
* Book and process billing for car deals.
* Responsible for documenting vehicle inventory/stock.
* Manage all Dealer trade payoffs.
* Assist accounting staff with accounts payable and receivable which involves sending and receiving invoices, reconciling payments, and ensuring bills are paid on time.
* Assist the Cashier and ensure drawer is balanced every night.
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma and one (1) to two (2) years related experience.
* CDK experience preferred.
* Notary License or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable amount of time.
* Strong computer proficiency, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office 365.
* Strong project management experience and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high quality results under timelines.
* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and team oriented.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
