This person can manage the day to day business office, as well as, drive sales.
*Executive Director Requirements:* * Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management * Excellent verbal and communication skills * A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents * Successful experience as an Executive Director for An Assisted Living Community * Experience in opening a new community from ground up preferred but not required.
