As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our establishment.

Here are some of the key duties you will be expected to perform:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the business, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Create and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to utilize them effectively
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
