Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure that opening and closing procedures are executed effectively.
Cash Handling: Be accountable for cash handling and adhere to financial protocols.
Leadership: Motivate and guide team members to excel through effective leadership and communication.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs promptly.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasing environment for customers and team members.
Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
Recruitment: Generate top-notch employee leads and focus on new hire onboarding and training.
Quality Control: Ensure consistency in product and service standards.
Documentation: Prepare all required paperwork, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
Equipment and Product Management: Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition and manage inventory effectively.
Personnel Management: Administer corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
