04, 2024 Program: Boeing Sikorsky Aircraft Support Description:Operations Manager (OM) for the Boeing Sikorsky Aircraft Support (BSAS) Joint Venture (JV) based at Fort Campbell, KY supporting the dedicated Government customer 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR).
Responsibilities include coordinating and synchronizing all BSAS efforts supporting the 160th SOAR including the Field Service Representative (FSR) effort consisting of 8 FSRs from 2 OEMs located in 3 different CONUS locations.
The OM also manages the publications effort for the MH-6M, MH-47G and MH-60M fleet of aircraft and associated Mission Equipment within the 160th and is responsible for overseeing the development, validation, verification and authentication of all associated technical publications for these platforms.
The OM also is responsible for managing the BSAS Special Repair Activity (SRA) technicians that provide validation/verification and some limited maintenance repair for select components within the 160th fleet.
Additionally, the OM serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the JV and is responsible for all required actions within the National Background Investigation System (NBIS) to coordinate clearance requirements for BSAS employees as well as any visitor requirements.
Finally, the OM is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the necessary records for all required training within the realm of the JV requirements.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or 10 years of experience equivalent in rotary-wing aviation Program management experience Leadership experience preferred Secret level security clearance required, either current or ability to obtain Desired Skills: Experience within Special Operations Aviation (SOA) Working knowledge of Army's IT systems Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
