Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twist Three to five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs.

Plan and prepare weekly Team Leader meetings and training of Team Leaders 2.
Daily manning and machine loading 3.
Maintain set limit on PPM by dealing with abnormal conditions, conducting problem solving/countermeasure activity and checking F/L piece table to ensure quality 4.
Check defect rack to ensure parts being thrown away don’t meet boundary samples 5.
Removing Waste/Manpower reductions 6.
Monitor Team Leader and Team Member work attitudes, team work and attendance 7.
Improve relationships with all other departments 8.
Report downtime to management and discuss feedback from floor to management 9.
Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties 10.
Other duties as assigned by management team
