com Overview and Responsibilities Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join our Murray Operations team.
In this position, you are responsible for quality checking all packages for accuracy, correcting/reporting pick errors, packaging, and supporting the pick line as directed by management.
Pay starting at $14.
28 Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Checks all orders for accuracy Corrects and reports all picking errors Packages all completed orders with appropriate paperwork Addresses any order errors and manually package and label Maintains a dialog with inventory to address low stock levels Transport all completed orders to the correct loading area Keeps all department areas neatly organized and clean in accordance with company policy.
Perform light maintenance on the auto-baggers, such as; changing bags, replacing ribbon, and cleaning Steps in as Warehouse Clerk when needed Corrects any line jams that occur Performs other duties as directed by management Qualifications Employment is contingent on Background investigation (company-wide) Drug screen ( when applicable for the position ) Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position) Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent, required One-year general warehouse and shipping/receiving experience preferred Strong computer skills preferred Forklift certification is required for all forklift operators Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Ability to distinguish between products Ability to operate necessary conveyor equipment Accurately perform simple mathematical calculations Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual) Knowledge of medical equipment, preferred Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information Multi-task along with attention to detail Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills Work independently and as part of a team Physical Demands Frequent bending/stooping/ kneeling Frequent twisting, pulling and reaching Lifting minimum is 50lbs Occasional Sitting Walking and Standing 100% of the day Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking or listening Requires close vision to small print on computer / tablet and or paperwork Machines, Equipment and Technical Abilities Email transmission and communication Internet navigation and research Microsoft applications; Word and Excel Office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone and computer / tablet Rotech Information Benefits 401k Medical, Dental and Vision Life Insurance and Disability Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Bonus and Incentive Opportunities Mileage reimbursement (when applicable for the position) Telephone reimbursement (when applicable for the position) Make the Right Move and Submit your Resume Today!
