Schedule: 3/4 *12 hr Night Shift Rotation w/Alternating Weekends*

We are looking for a strong LPN to join our team and provide quality care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency medicine, primary care, urgent care, addiction medicine, or public health.
The successful candidate will be able to assess patient needs and provide appropriate medical care in a timely manner.
They must also be able to communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and have excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s).
* Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking.
* Provide addiction medicine support to patients with substance abuse issues.
* Provide health services to an underserved patient population in your community.
* Provide patient education and support.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations.
* Document patient information accurately and completely.
