Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Our restaurant is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain our facility and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing repairs, routine maintenance, and cleaning tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, have thorough knowledge and practice of safe working practices, have repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Complete preventative maintenance tasks on a regular schedule Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained Follow all safety procedures and protocols Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field Two years experience assisting in maintenance, repair and/or installing HVAC equipment Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Possess an EPA Refrigerant Certification Ability to use hand and power tools effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions Competitive Benefits Offered: Generous employee discounts at our boutiques Generous employee discounts on meals while working Paid Weekly Paid Time Off Accrual Starting Your First Day Vacation Time Employee Assistance Programs Referral Programs Full Time Employees: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Part Time: Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
