Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Job Title: Behavior Technician Responsibilities: - Implement individualized behavior programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skills - Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for clients Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred - Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Note: Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
