Be a part of making a difference now! Responsibilities: Our Home Health Aides / Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers / CNA’s Provide and or assist clients in all activities of daily living and personal care such as, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and personal laundry.
Our Home Health Aides / Personal Care Attendants / Caregivers / CNA’s Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, assigned exercises, and toileting, including the use of a bedpan or commode.
Our Home Health Aides / Personal Care Attendants / Caregivers / CNA’s help clients with light housekeeping and food shopping.
Our Home Health Aides / Personal Care Attendants / Caregivers / CNA’s prepares nutritious meals within the client’s diet and assists with eating when necessary.
Our Home Health Aides / Personal Care Attendants / Caregivers / CNA’s meet the safety needs of the client and uses adaptive equipment safely and appropriately.
Our Home Health Aides / Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers / CNA’s observes the client’s general condition communicates any changes promptly to the Clinical Manager and Coordinator.
