CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

Natchez Trace Youth Academy is a highly-structured 115-bed cognitive behavioral program serving adolescent males ages 10-17 years old.
Our interdisciplinary staff helps residents refocus their thinking patterns in order to improve their actions/behavior.

We are located in the beautiful hills of Tennessee between two magnificent rivers, just 15 miles south of Waverly, Tennessee.

com Natchez Trace Youth Academy is seeking a dynamic Clinical Program Manager to supervise all clinical program activities for an assigned unit.
In continuing our tradition of helping young men to have the greatest chance of success possible, the Program Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clinical programming which meets the standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facitilies (CARF), ensuring a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, and continuous assessment of effective programming (STARS, ATP, TIP, etc.
).
The Program Manager provides supervision, training, and oversight of the milieu, and is responsible for interviewing and selection of qualified staff to drive optimal clinical outcomes for our patients.
This position supervises Lead Techs in the unit and reports to the Director of Residential Services.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly observes the peer culture to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and acts on findings through recommendations and implementation.
Coordinates the daily treatment program on all shifts and ensures daily living schedule compliance.
Works in conjunction with the Scheduling Coordinator to ensure staffing coverage is compliant with ratio requirements.
Assists the Director of Learning and Development in training and ensuring effective onboarding of new staff.
Works with the Program Improvement Manager to identify trends and make adjustments as needed for continuous improvement of patient care/clinical outcomes.
Assures compliance with company policies and procedures through diligent supervision and examination of all unit activity/workflow, including monitoring documentation for accuracy and legibility.
