Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Oversee the plan of care and delegate duties to other healthcare team members.
Act as a role model and provide leadership, contributing to the smooth operation of the nursing unit.
Apply and implement the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville.
Promote good public relations while maintaining patient/customer confidentiality and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Tennessee or compact state RN license in good standing.
Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required within 90 days.
Minimum 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required.
Schedule:
Three 12-hour shifts, varying days, with an on-call requirement.
