Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the respective specialty area (e.
g.
, Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as airway management, catheter care, pain management, infection control, and esthetic laser treatment
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and occupational health practices
- Familiarity with utilization review processes and documentation requirements
