Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team! As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care, collaborating as an interdisciplinary team member, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient comfort and safety Educate patients and their families about various medical conditions and treatment options Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards Qualifications: Valid and current LPN license in Tennessee Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team Strong organizational and time-management skills Compassionate and empathetic nature Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems If you are a dedicated and compassionate LPN seeking an opportunity to work with an amazing team, we encourage you to apply!
