Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA)

*Summary:* We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant specializing in wound care to join our team in the Clarksville, TN area.
This is a full-time 5 days per week position.
You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of assigned patients in the in-home setting.
This will require travel in your assigned area.
*Duties and Responsibilities:* * Manage wound care in the in-home setting * Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans * Assess, monitor and report changes in patient symptoms * Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding wound care * Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities * Maintain accurate patient medical records * Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members *Education:* * Master of Science in Nursing/PA equivalent * Must be Board Certified in MS (BOARD ELIGIBLE IS NOT ACCEPTED) Full Time position available (Monday – Friday) Flexible work hours, NO night or weekend calls, great staff to work with! Potential bonus pay! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.
