Are you interested in giving private practice a try and have weekend availability? And you want to try it in a supportive environment without financial risk? We are seeking passionate and unique Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) to join us at Ellie in Clarksville, TN.

Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay and commission splits).
They also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Desired experience and qualifications:
Prefer candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Tennessee license
Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Fully licensed clinicians will ideally have a history of being credentialed with insurance providers
Responsibilities include:
Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and essential to your role ;)
