is in search of a Supply Manager to join our dynamic team of ITS/ATS Professionals at Fort Campbell, KY in support of our government client.
As a Supply Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing supplies and inventory for our clients IT infrastructure.
Your skills and ability will ensure all material are inventoried and readily available.
If you have a demonstrated background in supply and warehouse management and have a valid Secret Security clearance, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in related field.
Possess or able to obtain within six (6) months of hire, a valid Material Handling Equipment (MHE) license (e.
g.
, forklift, pallet jack, etc.
).
Experienced utilizing Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) to track accountability, receipts, issues, replenishment, storage operations and all other applicable operations.
Familiarity with NETCOM regulations and policy, as well as compliance with local, State, and Federal rules/regulations as they pertain to Supply Operations.
Ability to plan, organize and lead others in using communication systems, record and manage processes and documentation.
Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues and maintain positive working relationships.
Attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
Current driver license and the ability to pass motor vehicle violation background check.
Proficiency in safely operating a motor vehicle, navigating the base and military grounds, paved and unpaved roads.

Job Duties: Provide all parts and supplies required which includes items such as computer parts, server parts, jacks, limited number of replacement telephones, jumper wire, electrical tape, tie wraps, pedestals, splice cases, etc.
, and parts which support the O&M function.
Maintain a sufficient stock of items to supply reasonable day–to– day operations.
Maintain inventory of all purchased and on-hand materials.
Perform shipping and receiving functions as required.
Determine the best and most applicable source of supply using quotes or bids from multiple vendors, when available, to determine the best price and/or quickest availability.
Obtain purchase approval, in advance, from the COR utilizing a list with item name, quantity, source, unit price, and total price for each item.
Assist with the O&M of the government cable.
Provide receipts for items purchased by the Contractor, the status of any item that the Contractor has on order, and the delivery date or expected delivery date of the item(s).
Provide a monthly Parts Usage Report.
Receive, document, verify, identify, cross-reference, classify, sort, store and dispose retrograde and found-on-installation (FOI) government material.
Provide, prepare, complete, sort, input, notify, document, verify, process, transport, store, issue, update, research, report, account, and assist customers with receiving operations.
Ensure compliance with the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) requirements.
Develop, maintain, and update a Fleet Management Plan, updated at least annually.
On a quarterly basis (at a minimum), prepare DA Form 2407 for turn-in of all broken or obsolete parts (such as telephones, pedestals), and used/damaged cable or fiber and submit it to the RNEC Logistics Section.
Develop SOPs and documentation as needed.
