Medical/Surgical CNA-Full Time

To assist licensed personnel in the delivery of quality patient care.

*WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THE FOLLOWING STUDER PHILOSOPHIES AND PRINCIPLES:* * HCAPS Patient Perception.
* Hourly Rounding with Intention.
* Bedside Shift Report.
* AIDET.
* Daily Huddles.
*FUNCTIONS:* * Floats as requested by the team leader and/or supervisor/staffing coordinator.
* Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills *Minimum Education:* * High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
* Successful completion of Nurse Aide course or the equivalent.
* Current Certified Nursing Aide from the state of Kentucky.
* BLS certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
Required Experience *MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:* * One year experience as a Nursing Aide is preferred.
