* *Title: *Integrated Care Therapist *Worksite: *Hopkinsville *County: *Christian *Hours Status: *Full-Time Hourly *Starting Pay Range: *$45,000- $50,000 *Job Responsibilities include:* * Perform clinical evaluations and assessments, which will include diagnosis.
* Intake, screening, referrals, and crisis intervention services, responding within one hour of the request when assigned to that service.
* Individual, family and group therapy to address various emotional disorders and mental illness.
* Participate in PIPBHC program meetings * Prepare treatment plans, with goals, and objectives.
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with emphasis on brief, goal oriented, evidenced based therapy.
* Consultation and education in the community and with community agencies which may include law enforcement, industry, Community Based Services, and others on both program and case basis.
* Clinician will need to communicate effectively with other PIPBHC team members, to include medical staff, to achieve positive client outcomes.
* Complete all required documentation per Pennyroyal Center policy.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Requirements for this position include:* Must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or similar degree from an accredited university.
Must be licensed or have the ability to become licensed to provide mental health services in the state of Kentucky.
A Qualified Mental Health Professional - fully licensed clinician is preferred.
No evidence of past malpractice claims or any State Board sanctions.
Must pass a legally required Criminal Record Check and a Sexual Offender Registry check.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and present proof of automobile insurance.
