Medical/Surgical CNA-Full Time

To assist licensed personnel in the delivery of quality patient care.

WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THE FOLLOWING STUDER PHILOSOPHIES AND PRINCIPLES: • HCAPS Patient Perception.
• Hourly Rounding with Intention.
• Bedside Shift Report.
• AIDET.
• Daily Huddles.
FUNCTIONS: • Floats as requested by the team leader and/or supervisor/staffing coordinator.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills Minimum Education: • High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
• Successful completion of Nurse Aide course or the equivalent.
• Current Certified Nursing Aide from the state of Kentucky.
• BLS certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
Required Experience MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: • One year experience as a Nursing Aide is preferred.
