Responsibilities for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse), Huntingdon, TN:
* Delivers skilled nursing care in accordance with MD/FNP/PA orders in the home environment.
* Utilizes the Electronic Medical Record to document all care provided.
* Reports changes in patient condition to MD/FNP/PA and prepares orders to reflect these changes.
* Participates in staff meetings, in-service programs and patient care conferences.
* Participates in the on-call rotation.
* All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse), Huntingdon, TN:
* Current RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
* Valid TN driver’s license, current liability insurance and reliable transportation.
* Current CPR certification required.
