Starting an 80s,90s country band (Clarksville)

I am a drummer with several years of experience looking to start an 80s 90s cover band throwing in some old school rock and even some newer country.
I'm looking to do a very up tempo show with very little down time in-between songs.
I have a great pa system complete with in ear monitors and rehearsal space.
Ideally bass,lead guitar,and front person that can also play an instrument but not a deal breaker and any harmonies or lead vocals would be great.
I'm more interested in people who know their instrument and won't take too many rehearsals.
This will be a bar and club situation but no road work.
