Senior Tabby Cat Needs Home (Clarksville)

My sister and I are looking for someone to give a good home to our mother's senior cat.
I believe we adopted her back in 2015 when she was 7 years old.
I think she came from Cat's R us or some other adoption center in Clarksville Tennessee.
The cat had already been spayed and declawed (not by us).
It's currently living well in my mother's basement but doesn't see people very often.
It's friendly likes being petted and will sit with you.
It doesn't appear to have any health problems.
It eats ordinary dry food and has always been kept indoors.
A declawed cat should not be put outdoors.
So if you have room for her and would like a friend she is free.
She has been near my dog on occasions but not around other cats.
So I don't know how that'd be? I would prefer a quiet home for her so she can continue to live an undisturbed life.
Cats like to stay in familiar places and I really hate that she has to leave her home.
Putting cats together can be tricky and they don't often socialize well.
I know this from experiences with my own cats.
If you have a mellow dog i think it'd be ok.
My dog is large and doesn't bark very much and she came right up to him several times.
Weekends are the best time if you'd like to visit.
