Has to go ASAP

My husband says he HAS to go.
Neutered male Rat terrier mix.
You MUST pay for the registration of his micro-chip and he's yours.
Needs a farm where he can enjoy getting outside and playing to his hearts content.
I would prefer that he isn't kept as an outside dog since he's been an inside dog since he's been 10 weeks old.
Terrier experience preferred.
