NEUTERED Terrier mix

NEUTERED male Rat terrier mix.
He is a healthy happy 12 months old.
You MUST pay for the registration of the micro-chip into your name BEFORE he leaves my home.
He needs a home with a fenced in yard or a farm home where he can enjoy getting outside and playing to his hearts content.
I would prefer that he is kept as an inside / house dog because he's been an inside dog since he's been 10 weeks old when my mom got him.
He has not been raised around kids but I think he would do OK with them WITH proper adult supervision.
He can be like a bull in the china closet so I wouldn't recommend a home with small children.
Terrier experience preferred.

I will have questions for you before I agree to place him with you so be prepared for a phone conversation with me.
The only reason for rehoming is because my mom had a stroke and can't take care of an active young dog now and I can't keep another dog.
There are NO REGISTRATION PAPERS! I will send his shot record with him.
He's going to the shelter if I can't find him a home then who ever wants him can pay the shelter fee for him.
That is if they don't euthanize him.
