Looking for a roomie (Clarksville)

I am looking to get a place here in Clarksville and thought a roomie might be good to save on expenses.
My budget is 800 pushing it 1000 but I cannot see spending that much with a roommate.
I don’t really have a place in mind but I do know the rough going rate for a two bedroom.
I would prefer a female roommate but I’m open minded.
A little about me: I am 30 year old male but I don’t identify that way so someone cool with lgbtqia would be a positive.
I am in school full time going into my 2nd year of college studying to be a paralegal.
When I was in Nashville I worked for a record pressing company making vinyl record albums.
I’m chill.
I have a lot interests.
I would prefer no pets.
A college student or military service member would be cool.
