Stable Employed Guy looking for room for rent

I'm a baseball umpire that works almost year around & season opens up 3/2 & I need to be in Clarksville area before my first meeting 2/4.
I like to keep a clean house & respect people's privacy & personal space.
I've been at the same place in BG, KY for three years & my landlord will be more than happy to verify rent is always on time & I've never caused problems.
I will be calling 21 games per week (2 per weekday, 6 Sat & 5 Sun).
So about 90% of the time I will be working or resting up for work.
I'm 50 but get along with people from 20-80 and I feel comfortable saying most anyone who knows me would agree with me describing myself as one of the happiest, upbeat and positive people they know.
No one's perfect but I feel my mental make up is suited for a roommate situation bc not much ever bothers me.
I make $1200 per week w/ few very little expenses & could afford an entire apt but I've always preferred r/mates over living alone personally Due to a lapse in judgement I received a DUI & won't be driving for a bit so I won't need parking.
It cost me dearly & lesson learned & the only bright side is due to my spotless background I was spared the worse.
I have an electric bike that I ❤️ & goes 30 mph & it can get me to places within short distances fast & for anything longer I Uber.
I don't complicate things looking for something perfect&will come with $ in hand ready to move in.
As in almost every time in the past I expect the first place I look at most likely will work for me & the decision will probably take about 5 minutes to make.
I will have most or all of my things and cash in hand ready to move in on the spot.
I'm already 2-weeks late due to helping my disabled sister & need a place today if possible.
Sorry, I made this so long but I'm hoping the effort pays off helping expedite the entire process by giving you enough info to give you a feel if your place will work for me if you feel I would be a good fit.
