Position Summary:

Essential Job Functions:
· Acting in a professional manner and always display a positive attitude.
Speaking highly of the company in the presence of customers and other employees.
Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold throughout the store.
Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products.
Responsible for being visible and actively greeting, engaging and assisting every customer.
Collaborate with Front-end associates to encourage teamwork.
Understand and follow the company guidelines on bottom of the bascart and items per bag guidelines
Perform customer carry outs in all types of weather
Perform cleaning duties around store, clean restrooms and spills
Perform accurate price checks for the cashier
Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads.
Gather bascarts from lot and take to proper location
Support safety programs by complying with safety procedures, identifying unsafe conditions and notifying store management.
Report all safety risks, issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud.
Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelines.
Support company initiatives
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
