OVERVIEW: A Carter Lumber Kitchen & Bath Showroom Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers when they visit the showroom and answering the phones.
Also responsible for making sure the showroom is tidy and presentable.
Communication is an important component of this position.
A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.
REQUIREMENTS
The ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong math skills, able to calculate discounts and percentages
Availability to work Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays
To present a friendly and inviting reception to our customers
General computer knowledge with MS Word and Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones
Greet customers
Provide support to Kitchen Designers and Assistant Manager
Set up Sales Orders in POS
Post cost of material on Purchase Orders
Check in UPS and Fed Ex packages
Type labels for job folders
File job folders
Check out samples to customers
Organize and re-order cabinet and countertop samples
Make sure showroom is presentable (no cleaning)

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: A Kitchen Showroom Coordinator reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager.
