As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering all online sales requests, as well as answering incoming sales calls.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth via scheduling sales appointments for the floor sales team.

We are currently under construction and growing! *Duties:* - Answer incoming sales calls; call, text, and email all online sales requests and be able to confidently and correctly answer basic automotive feature questions using sales tool provided.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales follow-up process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with sales support activities as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge *Requirements:* - Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred, but not required - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using sales software and tools, or ability to learn them Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.
