CSR - Customer Service Representative

, a respected leader in the consumer financial and loan services industry, is currently seeking individuals with management and/or customer service experience to join our team of professionals in Nashville and the surrounding areas! We are looking for individuals with a strong background in the financial or retail industry who are looking to grow within our company.
Job Summary: You will be responsible for maintaining effective operation and continued growth of the branch with the direction of the Branch Manager and members of Upper Management.
Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service * Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and risk * Promote the sale of credit and loan services * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the products and services * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Manage past due and delinquent accounts * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Perform additional duties as assigned Travel : * Must have a valid driver's license and access to insured, reliable transportation * Ability to travel within division for marketing and banking responsibilities Qualifications: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or other financial related fields * Previous experience handling cash and performing cash transactions * Previous experience in the Financial Industry is a plus Skills and Abilities: * Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone * Excellent time management and interpersonal skills * Exceptional organizational skills * Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem-solve * Strong customer service skills * Must have outstanding people skills and an ability to build a rapport with clients * Must be self-motivated and self-directed * Demonstrate confidence as a performer and be a team-player * Must be energetic, business-focused and ready to take on new challenges * Positive and professional demeanor Compensation and Benefits: * $15.
