Original 1972 Harley xlch Ironhead long frame (Cadiz)

I have a 1972 Harley xlch Ironhead long frame with matching frame and engine numbers.
The bike was rebuilt 4 years ago and punched out.

I got 20 some miles and blew the voltage regulator.
I got diagnosed with 6 blown disc's in my back and had to give up riding for good and it's been parked ever since.
It does get kicked over regularly to keep the fluids moving and lubrication or parts.
It is a 4 speed opposite side shift.
We started installing the forward control's.
The ignition is new the solo seat is new along with the wiring new handlebars gages and hand controls it comes with a new chain saddlebags.
I possibly have the electric starter kit and more parts.
I posted the Blue Book as a reference so you can see even a basket case of this bike doesn't go cheap.
I'm not looking for a gold mine.
I am looking for a camper, an RV or a decent running truck
