Roomate.Furnished Room for Rent(month to month) shared 2 bedroom house - $750 (Clarksville)

After I get back from deployment this august 2024, my front room will be for rent for 30 days starting September 1, 2024.
Move in is $750 cash.
All utilities are included in the $750, however you must be conservative to light & water or half of the utilities will be required.
Must be clean.
There is only one bathroom and one kitchen we will share.
But we will NOT share food or touch each others things.
No visitors can stay overnight or you will have to pay half of the utilities.
You must clean up after yourself.
Cannot be loud, or you will be asked to leave.
All money is only expected in cash only on the 1st.
If you are compliant with rules, you are welcomed to stay the next month for $750 on the first of November.
This will be to my discretion.
