Permission wanted - $1 (Oak grove, +\- 50 miles)

I am looking for land I can metal detect on.
I have 15 years experience, and will absolutely leave any place better than I found it.
I am happy to split any valuable finds ($50 and up) with the owner.
I also have an accomplished partner that more often than not accompanies me.
We can target specific lost items for you (wedding ring, class ring, grandpas zippo?).
We have also been known to sift old trash pits, search fields for arrowheads and are basically happy to get dirty looking for about anything old….
But we are running out of places to look.
